So the last few days I have been reflecting on the few things that I do in an attempt to relax tight muscles.
1. Heat helps
The hot water bottle has been a god send for me, I will fill it and go watch television or carry on with what every I am doing and forget that I have even have it laying across my legs. Thus the hope is: the heat and mental distraction of focusing on some other task, helps to relax the tight muscles.
2. Laying down when things get bad
This may be obvious but laying down when things get really bad helps too. The heat is nice as well!
