If you read this blog regularly, you will remember some weeks ago that my roommate had me ask on her behalf about counter top ovens She wanted one she could bake a cake in After some research and finally settled on, the Breville convection smart compact oven. I will update this to tell you our first thoughts on this product when we give it a try. But thus far, we’ve set up but not yet used it.
