Earlier this week I wrote about the tendons and hamstring surgery that I had when I was little.What I didn’t write about was my reaction to the surgery.
I knew that after surgery I’d be in a cast. But, I didn’t know that cast meant being immobile. That particular cast meant that I couldn’t move my legs – and lets just say I freaked out because that was the one thing anyone forgot to warn me. I would assume that they assumed that I understood that I couldn’t move. My mom feels bad about not warning me.
